Overall, Erica was an incredible agent to work with. During our first meeting, she helped me lay out exactly what we would be looking for in the area and gave me general ideas of where to search. She was constantly sending me houses that she thought I would like. When it came time to tour houses, she was always willing to get in immediately to walk through them (she even did these tours virtually!!!). When it was offer time, she always kept me updated and wrote strong offers where we were constantly in contention for every house we wanted. As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better agent. For anyone looking to buy or sell in the Detroit area, I would highly recommend working with Erica.
