Randall helped us sell our co-op in Detroit and was a great asset to us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Detroit market, and about co-ops in particular (which can be complex and potentially daunting for some buyers). He helped vet buyers to make sure they were serious and informed about the co-op situation, and was great about going to bat for us in a difficult negotiation. I would highly recommend working with him.

This was our second time buying a home, and first time working with Randall. He was extremely patient throughout our search (which lasted almost two years) and was never pushy, but didn't shy away from sharing his opinion on things either. He has deep knowledge of the Detroit market and was very helpful when it came to evaluating the quality and condition of the homes we looked at. He was typically very responsive and worked around our tricky schedule for showings, which was especially helpful for us with two young children. We love the house we ended up in and are grateful for his help along the way.

Randall has been our agent for over 8 years. He is responsive, thoughtful and has great market knowledge. He is practical and pragmatic and give a real world view of the current market. Randall helped us create a plan for selling our home and by following it we sold it for above asking.
