Randall helped us sell our co-op in Detroit and was a great asset to us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Detroit market, and about co-ops in particular (which can be complex and potentially daunting for some buyers). He helped vet buyers to make sure they were serious and informed about the co-op situation, and was great about going to bat for us in a difficult negotiation.
