Randall worked us through a pretty grueling year of house hunting and selling as we left our condo for Detroit's North End. We toured over 20 homes all over the city, with Randall being instrumental in appraising construction details and forensically analyzing what we see in every room, basement, exterior. The home we found had extra rungs of administrative steps which he navigated us through fluidly alongside his team of trustworthy colleagues. Through the process Randall was also fun to hang out with and it felt like we could have candid conversations about what we’re seeing in every home, strategies for negotiating sale terms, and generous sharing of wisdom both in real estate and the nuance of construction as we were seeing it. I hope I never sell this house to look for another but if I do and Randall isn’t retired and kicking it on a beach somewhere I will absolutely call him again!

I think we can all agree that buying a home today is an incredibly daunting task. Cheap flips, shady real estate agents, and a market that is red-hot with demand make for a stressful environment from the get-go. I needed a professional on my side — that’s when I called Randall Fogelman with O’Connor Realty. This man gets it done. Right from the get-go Randall treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He’s calm, highly knowledgeable about the SE Michigan real estate market, and knows how to secure a deal. This last part is key. Like many, money was tight for myself, I couldn’t afford a $400k+ home. This was my first home after all, and I’m 26. Randall shows no bias based on how deep your pockets are. He’s got the little guys’ backs which says a lot about his character. He’ll fight for you like he did for me. Ask yourself this… when was the last time somebody saved you $5,000 cash? He helped me accomplish this in some pretty tense negotiations. He’s not the super bubbly realtor everyone has come to mind. He’s not the guy who tries to become buddy-buddy with you. He doesn’t flaunt his status or try to appear to be something he isn’t. He’s the guy that shows up to work for you, secures the deal, and congratulates you when it’s all said and done. He’ll work with your schedule, and take the weight off your shoulders, and add money to your pockets. It’s been 6 months since I’ve closed on my house, and I love my home. If you are reading this review right now and are on the fence about who you should hire as your realtor, don’t look any further. Make the call — you’ll thank yourself big time. Thank you, Randall, for your expertise and professionalism. I look forward to working with you down the road, and I know it’s going to be great.

Randall was an excellent agent and made the entire experience painless. He was able to help me with an expert cleaner to get the house in shape to sell. He was in constant contact with me, returning calls and texts within minutes of my reaching out to him. He was also sensitive to me needs and did not overwhelm me at a very difficult time in my life. He knew the neighborhood and potential buyers who he reached out to obtain the best offers. His advice on the bids was invaluable. I would highly recommend Randall, especially for transactions in the New Center area. Could not have been happier.

Working with Natalie was an absolute game-changer. I’ve worked with real estate agents before, but none have gone above and beyond the way she did. My property search came with a handful of complicated zoning challenges, and instead of shying away, Natalie dove right in. She researched local regulations, connected me with the right city officials, and explained every step in clear, understandable terms. Thanks to their persistence, knowledge, and dedication, what could have been a stressful, overwhelming process ended up feeling manageable and even smooth. I truly felt like I had an expert advocate in my corner. If you’re looking for an agent who will go the extra mile—especially when things get complicated—look no further. I am currently working with her again, to purchase a second investment property

Erik Hill is well versed and has his finger on the pulse of the Metropolitan Detroit Area. Erik was with me every step of the way throughout the selling of my home(s). There was constant communication and I always knew what was going on behind the scene. Erik helped me overcome every hurdle and remove every obstacle in the way of my goal of selling my home. He had all the needed contacts insights and ideas necessary to complete the preparations and presentation of the home. I am an out-of-state investor and having Erik on site or nearby was of great comfort and allowed me to rest comfortably knowing that Erik was always near and willing to address issues that arose when I was unable or unavailable to address. I was extremely pleased with the marketing presentation photos decorations and all the positive things Erik did to influence a successful sale. I have used Erik Hill to help me sell 4 properties thus far and will not hesitate to use him again if I need to sell another. I highly suggest and strongly recommend you use Erik Hill to help you purchase your next home or sell that property that you need to relinquish. If you use my friend and my agent Erik Hill to help you with your real estate needs, you will be glad you did! Kirk Jackson Motor City Property Buyers
