Eric was absolutely wonderful. We are a senior citizen couple currently living in upstate NY 200 miles away and were selling a rental home in CT. Due to the coronavirus, we didn't know if we would be able to sell at this time. Eric assured us it could all be done via email, phone calls, papers to be signed sent to us to send back, etc. He even found us an attorney to cover our closing for us. We were a little worried about this but Eric assured us he would handle everything. He sure did! Every phone call or email from his was responded to. He tracked down people to fix small and larger things that needed to be done. The attorney was wonderful. Eric was cool, calm collected the entire way through the process.
