We were informed every step of the way . he even recommended a great real estate attorney since we are out of state .We would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. our only regret is that we can't use him to sell our house in the near future since we are out of state.

Eric did an amazing job selling our house. From start to finish he was incredibly professional and responsive. He did an incredible job staging the house, taking photos and video, and getting the house on the market in a very short amount of time. The house sold in less than 24 hours for well over asking. Eric took care of every detail, and kept us in the loop so nothing came as a surprise. He was also great at providing recommendations for our move, and even provided guidance in the purchase of our next house (which was well outside of CT). Wow! Eric made the entire process of selling our home stress-free. We were selling our home of 30 years and moving across the country. I was concerned about being able to sell our home in the midst of Covid-19; we had already faced some difficulty arranging to move our belongings because of that. I'm not real estate savvy and I was expecting a steep learning curve with lots of research, in fact, I was seriously dreading it. After our first meeting with Eric, I was confident that we were in good hands. Eric arrived fully prepared and walked us through all the steps involved; patiently answering all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about our local area and the subtleties of our unique situation. He was very professional and, at the same time, very friendly and easy to talk with. Eric knew exactly what was needed to prepare our home most favorably for showing and guided us through all the preparation. The house sold immediately, and we were ecstatic! Eric was a tremendous help in selling my elderly mothers house. She was moving out of state to live with me and he took all of the stress I was feeling completely away!! He answered any and all of my questions quickly and kept me informed of the status constantly. I choose him after reading all of his 5 star reviews and hoped they were true. After meeting with him the very first time, I knew his reviews were certainly true! I had a house completely filled with furniture etc. and he put me in touch with someone who took care of removing ALL OF IT!! That was a huge problem I didn’t need to concern myself with. Through all of this which went thru in less than a month, I consider him a friend! Please do yourself a favor, and hire him as your realtor. You will not be disappointed!

It was quite a pleasure for our entire family to work with what we feel is one of the best agents in real estate there is in CT. Eric really defines what a real estate agent should be.
