The selling process of property is never an easy task to take on..... the process is likely far more complex than any of us would expect....especially in 2022...and frankly we sometimes wont find out exactly how complex until we're deep end of the pool, mid-stream the process I contacted Eric as one of my potential paths for selling property in West Haven.... as executor of my mom's estate, it was my duty to facilitate that process... Once I met Eric, I knew he was the right person at the right time to handle this task. For me and my sister, my mom's passing was and still is fresh in our minds and hearts, and as such wanted someone respectful of that and our ASKs....Eric was that and much more The process actually moved relatively quickly and we had offers on the property fairly quickly as well.... what was not planned for were a couple of surprises we collectively encountered mid-stream in the process.....with professionalism and mindfulness of our "feelings" through it all, Eric helped create solutions, and the house was sold within the prescribed window of time we agreed to from the inception.... and at very fair market value I think its also important to note that my mom's house, because of its location and age, didn't have exceptionally high market value...and as such, the commission associated with the sale of the property was not by any stretch of the imagination, huge. But that didn't seem to be the driving force for Eric..... the prize, for Eric, resonated to me as "fulfilling a promise to his client"...and doing so with decency and care.... commission was an object farther away in the rear view mirror That's rare.... and should be applauded and emulated.... On behalf of myself and my sister, and my mom's memory, I cant thank Eric enough for all the efforts and the fulfillment of that promise Highly recommended to anyone!
