It was very good. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was willing to spend much time in communications to help me to understand the selling process. Because I was away from the house to be sold, he did a lot of the work on my behalf so that I did not have to drive for a long distance to get the work done. He is a kind individual.

Eric did an amazing job selling our house. From start to finish he was incredibly professional and responsive. He did an incredible job staging the house, taking photos and video, and getting the house on the market in a very short amount of time. The house sold in less than 24 hours for well over asking. Eric took care of every detail, and kept us in the loop so nothing came as a surprise. He was also great at providing recommendations for our move, and even provided guidance in the purchase of our next house (which was well outside of CT).
