We had to sell my mother’s house and it could’ve been an extremely terrible ordeal but with Eric working on it, it was virtually no problem. Several seemingly unsurmountable problems arose & I would’ve lost my mind had it not been for Eric’s confident attitude. My mother is elderly & was living alone. She had not kept the house up very well (roof needed replacing, furnace wasn’t working right, etc.) These problems were all surprises to me, bad surprises. The buyer almost backed out but Eric worked out a brilliant deal and we closed within a couple weeks. I can honestly say that I was more than satisfied with the service we received from Eric & Jennifer, they are awesome! We had a situation that I had no idea what to do & it probably would’ve been a huge disaster without him. He is very professional, courteous, respectful & honest. If something can’t be done, he tells you straightforwardly. If it SEEMS that it can’t be done, he quickly works his genius & gets it done! I can’t thank them enough for the smooth transaction that they created out of utter chaos. If you’re looking for a realtor that will put their heart into it & give you their all, then call Eric! There are many things that affect the real estate market. My experience was absolute perfection. I decided to engage a Realtor with very specific goals in mind.
