We had to sell my mother’s house and it could’ve been an extremely terrible ordeal but with Eric working on it, it was virtually no problem. Several seemingly unsurmountable problems arose & I would’ve lost my mind had it not been for Eric’s confident attitude. My mother is elderly & was living alone. She had not kept the house up very well (roof needed replacing, furnace wasn’t working right, etc.) These problems were all surprises to me, bad surprises. The buyer almost backed out but Eric worked out a brilliant deal and we closed within a couple weeks.
