Eric completely exceeded our expectations with both the sale of our condo and purchasing our new home and if it were possible we’d easily give him 100 stars! From hooking us up with a team of people getting our condo ready, negotiations, finding our dream house in this extremely challenging market, and even keeping showings interesting for our 8-year-old daughters (crazy sock challenge will be missed)...he did it all.
