Too bad we can’t give 10 stars ??! Eric is a superior professional. He guided us through a long process and never gave up, even when others said it couldn’t be done! From the listing all the way to the closing, Eric and his outstanding team made it happen! Thank you, Eric, for your hard work and tenacity.

I love working with Eric. He is very knowledgeable and makes everything go so smoothly. He answers any questions I had promptly and professionally. I bought my house with him and sold my house with him and I wouldn't want another realtor handling my sales.

Eric completely exceeded our expectations with both the sale of our condo and purchasing our new home and if it were possible we’d easily give him 100 stars! From hooking us up with a team of people getting our condo ready, negotiations, finding our dream house in this extremely challenging market, and even keeping showings interesting for our 8-year-old daughters (crazy sock challenge will be missed)...he did it all. Eric is knowledgeable, honest, detail-oriented, and was always responsive to our needs. Jennifer, his assistant was also amazing in ensuring everything went smoothly! We are so happy we chose to work with Eric and his team and are thrilled to finally be in our forever home!

Eric is great! We bought our home a few years back with him and just recently sold that home this month. The guy is top-notch, with excellent communication and customer service. His knowledge is impeccable and unmatched for his professional expertise. I would highly recommend him for either buying or selling. He is always available and will make sure there are no issues or problems. In other words, I would highly recommend him. Top-notch!

Mr. Schuell did a fantastic job selling my home. Very helpful with all questions and concerns I had. I was always able to get ahold of him very easily and he sold the house very quickly. Overall very impressed and grateful for all the work he did for me and my family.

It truly was a pleasure working with Eric. He provided the knowledge and experience that lead to our home selling in days and at top dollar! Throughout the process, Eric was in constant communication asking if there was anything he could do to help. His team even brought us boxes to help with the move! The marketing of our home was second to none as well! Overall it was a very positive and effortless experience.

Eric is absolutely an amazing person. He is very professional, straight forward, efficient and organized. We consider ourselves to be fortunate to have decided to go with him. His advice was solid. He is upfront but tactful and sensitive to what you are going through as a seller. I could go on and on raving about him.
