Perfect...just perfect! Assertive without being aggressive. Incredibly reliable responsiveness, but never ‘pushy’. Action-oriented and extremely helpful, particularly with 3rd party resources if needed. Genuine/straight-shooter. VERY hard worker. Perhaps most importantly, Eric truly cares about his job, his performance and his clients. The consummate professional. My wife & I would both strongly recommend Eric in a heartbeat.

Eric was great, patient , and so knowledgeable and best of all HONEST. He sold my house in on one week and helped me find a house within a month ! I would recommend him to anyone

I will definitely have Eric sell my next property. Process was easy and stress free, the house sold quick and Eric was very responsive each and every time we called.

Eric did an excellent job. His knowledge in real estate is very impressive. He guided me through the whole process and together we got threw the process very quickly. I would highly Recommend him for an agent.

You will not work with a better realtor than Eric! This is the second house I have bought with Eric’s help and the first along with my spouse. I recommend him 100% to anyone buying a home. Eric will always look out for his clients best interest throughout the whole process and I can attest to that. Thank you Eric for all your expertise, advise, care and commitment to your clients!

Eric was absolutely wonderful. We are a senior citizen couple currently living in upstate NY 200 miles away and were selling a rental home in CT. Due to the corona virus we didn't know if we would be able to sell at this time. Eric assured us it could all be done via email, phone calls papers to be signed sent to us to send back etc. He even found us an attorney to cover our closing for us. We were a little worried about this but Eric assured us he would handle everything. He sure did! Every phone call or email from his was responded to. He tracked down people to fix small and larger things that needed to be done. The attorney was wonderful. Eric was cool, calm collected the entire way through the process. We would recommend him as extremely knowledgeable, available, cool, calm and collective. Every promise he made he fulfilled . If you are looking to buy or sell, check out Eric Schuell. you will not be sorry!!!

My wife and I experience w/Eric was great! We were in need of a realtor since we live out of state and needed to get someone who was willing to help us sell our home. We listed our information on the internet, he was the first person to respond so quickly. He gave information about his self and experience. He kept us updated w/everything pertaining to selling the home. Even though we were not there, we felt like we knew him for a long time. With that being said Eric made the process go so smoothly. We appreciate all that he has done and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that would have the potential of buying or selling a home. Great Job Eric! Thanks!
