Eric was the best realtor I have worked with in more than one state. He first wanted to understand my families needs and the type of houses I have owned in the past. One of our sons is autistic and Eric did everything he could to understand and help us find the schools and support in the local area. Since my timeline was short, Eric was able to find a short term rental property in just a few days to allow my family time to pick new home to call our own in CT moving from another state. Eric checked in with myself and my wife several times a week and always willing to explain the details of the housing market in CT (Oil heat was new to me). Every house we looked at he would ask how my boys would like the house to help him fine tune the search for the perfect house. He took the time from day 1 to explain the process of selling a rental property and had done the legwork to price the property before we even contracted with him! Eric kept us informed regularly once the house went on the market. When offers were closed he reviewed them all with us and explained the differences and gave us options and recommendations. Offered help to clean out house prior to closing as well. Would and will definitely recommend him and will use him again if needed.
