This is my second experience working with Eric and his team. Over 7 years ago, Eric helped my in-laws find the perfect condo for them when they moved into our area. When my elderly aunt needed to sell her home, adjoining property and buy a condo recently, I knew who to call. Within a few weeks on the market, the house and property were sold at the price my aunt wanted. Soon they found a condo fitting her exact needs. Also, Eric provided great referrals to people and services who helped my aunt's move work smoothly and efficiently. They were fair in price and good at what they did. I appreciated this. Eric is a professional Realtor, when listing your home everyone knows a Realtor, do yourself a favor and go with the professional. Eric sold my condo in two days, he honestly said it would take more than one day. Honesty and integrity is what you’ll get with him.
