It shows that he is looking out for you, as the client. He communicates through email and text and always makes time to fit you in the schedule. He worked while he was out of town on a weekend to make our offer get presented and ultimately accepted. For reasons beyond our control, the house being sold was in very bad condition and we wanted to sell quickly. Although we knew it was a going to be a low asking and selling price, Eric spent just as much time on this sale as if it was a high-end property. We thought we might have to list for lower than he recommended based on what another realtor told us, but he advised us to list higher and it sold for significantly higher than the other realtor thought it would sell. He was sure he could sell in 30 days, and we had a reasonable contract signed within 48 hrs of listing and a closing in 17 days. He was available by phone/text whenever we attempted to reach him or called back within a few minutes if we left a phone message. He is honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable.

Eric is definitely your go to guy if you are looking to buy or sell a home! Our home buying process was a little tedious and he stuck with us even though there were some bumps in the road along the way. He was timely and efficient and was always available when we had a question; and checked in frequently. Even after moving into our home he was there to answer questions. He is an honest person who will not waste your time showing you houses that he feels are not a good fit for what you're looking for. He truly knows his job, made a definite connection with my wife and I.

Eric is an all around great Realtor and person. He genuinely cares about his clients and the type of home you get. It's so hard to find "professionals" who actually understand the importance of communication but Eric ALWAYS responds in a timely manner. The only critique I can give is to say that he will try to avoid showing homes in a neighborhood if he thinks that based on your lifestyle & $ you should avoid. However, he will be honest in telling you this but, if you have legitimate reasons for moving into a neighborhood that has low resale value, high taxes, or high crime and you explain that to him, he will get you the best house in that neighborhood.
