AMAZING! From the very first contact with Eric he has been nothing short of outstanding. I initially contacted him by email with a simple message and within a couple hours he called me to set up a meet. Upon meeting him, it felt like I'd known him for years, like an old friend was helping me buy my 1st home. He was honest, understanding and really wanted to help me find the perfect home for me and my family. Once we went over my needs, he quickly got a list of homes together for us to visit. Over the next few weeks he was very flexible and worked around MY schedule by showing me homes late in the evening and weekends. Eric's dedication to his clients is unmatched, he unfortunately fell ill and was hospitalized for several days, but that didn't stop him! He called from his hospital bed daily to talk about homes we had seen and ones wanted me to see. We were seeing homes the day after he was released from the hospital! It doesn't stop at dedication to his clients, His knowledge of homes, neighborhoods and financing is quite impressive. Once we found the perfect home, Eric took care of absolutely everything. They were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process (offer, inspections, lawyers) and even assisted with corresponding with my bank. During the closing process I was unexpectedly transferred out of state for work by my employer. Eric immediately contacted my lawyer, the sellers lawyer and my bank to see what could be done to satisfy all parties. Eric is a true professional and not once did he stop working diligently for ME and my family even after i was no longer purchasing the home! Eric isn't just my realtor.... he's now someone that my family and I call a friend and the first person I will call when I move back to CT.

Eric Schuell is an excellent Realtor!!! He is easily accessible and always eager to help and educate us! It took 8 months to find our home and Eric was patient, considerate, caring, and never rushed the process. He operates within the best interest of his clients. I cannot express how challenging and time consuming finding a home can be but knowing you have a realtor that's genuinely on your side and there for you makes it all worth it. There were times when we were exhausted and wanted to settle on any home but Eric would not allow that, he wanted what was best for us and we appreciated that. Even down to the end he made sure any work that needed to be done to the home was completed and done in a timely manner. Eric was more than I had hoped for in a Realtor. He was straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable. He was more like a friend trying to help us find the right place for us rather than someone trying to pressure us to buy something we weren't to sure about. Would highly recommend him!
Eric was professional he was always respectful of the fact that we had jobs and lives. He was knowledgeable not only about the entire Real Estate transaction but also about houses what things like furnaces, hot water heaters, etc were old when something on the outside of the house was wrong or old this saved us a lot of money on inspecting the wrong house. He followed up with every question we had and checked in at least once a week just to see if everything was going OK. Even after the closing he still checked up to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend Eric!

Eric helped me and my boyfriend find our first home. It is absolutely perfect for us, and in a town we didn't even initially consider. After showing us 20+ homes that either he or us suggested looking at, Eric mentioned that one of his sellers had a home that fit the description of what we wanted. We were nervous abut getting into a duel agent situation, but Eric remained neutral and professional throughout the process. Because of our loan type and the sellers' personal situation, the process was a long and stressful one, but Eric stuck by us. When we finally made it to closing day, I noticed at the walk through that some of the window treatments were missing. Despite the contract stating that window treatments needed to be left behind, the seller refused to return them. After closing, without me asking, Eric insisted on paying for new curtains because he needed to see the sale through to the end. That generous action alone shows that Eric Schuell goes above and beyond the requirements of his job.
I have had the most truthful and honest opinions from Eric, I valve his opinion and have had the best experience with him being a first time homebuyer. Eric is prompt and sensitive to mines and others feeling, he is however very stern when it comes to his client/ representation of his clients. I have and will continue to refer my friends and others to him.
