We're so grateful to have found Eric to help buy our first home. When we decided to dive into the home buying process, we weren't sure where to start or who to trust. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. From the house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, mortgage broker recommendation, closing, and every possible question we could throw at him (of which there were many), he was with us every step of the way. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He does his research and instead of trying to sugar coat some of the issues of the home, he literally tells it like it is. I love this quality. It shows that he is looking out for you, as the client. He communicates through email and text and always makes time to fit you in the schedule. He worked while he was out of town on a weekend to make our offer get presented and ultimately accepted.
