A true professional. I was so happy with the service he provided. He sold me home for way more than I thought we could get, and I'm glad I listened to "A little market time is good. If it sold in one day, at asking price, don't you think they priced it too low? speech." Everything was smooth in our sale, contracts were well written and he included protections for me, the seller, that aren't in a standard purchase agreement. He was always watching out for our best interests. I've recommended him to several friends back in Minnesota. I wish I could bring him to here so he could teach the agents a thing or two about getting the job done. Great work ethic and a pleasure to deal with.

We had an amazing experience in selling and purchasing one of the biggest investments of our life thanks to Eric Redlinger. We did a lot of research on reputable and successful real estate agents who had sold homes in the area of our last house. Eric was wonderful to work with putting our home on all of the widely used websites for buying and selling homes, utilizing social media, video tours, print, Facebook, doing open houses. Everyone knew our home was for sale and he got it sold quickly! He was great with communicating with our lender/bank on top of educating us as sellers and most importantly listening and communicating with us regularly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience especially at the time we were selling our home and the out of the ordinary situation we were dealing with. When it came time to purchasing a new home, we could not have imagined using anyone but Eric. That experience was just as wonderful. Eric listened to all of our must haves and requests and did great trying to find homes that fit our criteria. I was definetely the more picky one wanting the perfect home and Eric was great about listening to me but also really good about bringing me back to reality as to what that perfect home actually would look like in our price range. Being the type to do a lot of online research prior to making large purchases Eric definitely catered to that. Eric was great to work with. I've already recommended him to 2 friends and they have great things to say about him. He knows the process inside and out. He always knew what questions we were going to ask and seemed to have the answer ready before I could even ask it. Walked us through the process and made sure every detail was accounted for. A true professional experience and made buying my first home a breeze.

I recently sold a home through Eric. It was the most stressful business transaction that I have ever conducted. He was sloppy, misspelled my name on legal documents, was difficult to communicate with, and dropped the ball regarding several issues. I felt like I did more work than he did, i.e., I took photos, proofread and edited his mistakes on the legal documents, and I had to follow-up on every single detail to make sure things got done and done correctly. In addition, after the sale closed, I left a message for him regarding an important issue that did not get taken care of and I never heard back from him. Extremely unprofessional. Isn’t that why he earns a generous commission? My experience was definitely not like the other reviewers here. I would never recommend Eric Redlinger.
