I truly could not have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and exciting. Emily is local to the area and is the reason we had access to an A+ network of lenders, inspectors and specialists that made our transaction as simple as possible. Every time we met a selling agent, they told us how much they enjoyed working with her. 4. She is an expert deal-maker. Every step of the way, Emily took time to understand our unique goals and constraints and was correct every time she advised us on make a winning deal for both sides—including and especially pertaining to unique circumstances that we couldn’t have predicted. She will treat your money as if it were her own and is three steps ahead of every obstacle. Before we chose Emily, we met her at an open house she was hosting and chose her because of her obvious expertise, the care she had shown her listing as a selling agent and because of the thoughtfulness she showed our children.
