My mom passed away, leaving me with her condo that I needed to sell. My mom lived in Maryland. Ellen and her team were so incredibly helpful in getting the condo prepped and sold, on the other side of the country, so I didn't have to fly back and forth. Ellen's team coordinated hiring people to tidy up the condo, and they knew how to navigate the annoying, confusing HOA restrictions. Her team made the process so much easier. Their communication was excellent too. I'm very grateful to them for the assistance.
