As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Hanna. She walked me through every step with patience and clarity, making sure I understood the process without ever feeling overwhelmed or that I was asking dumb questions. It felt less like working with an agent and more like having a trusted friend by my side. Thanks to her support, I found the perfect home with confidence and peace of mind. She is super approachable and knows how to be personable and keeping it real while still doing her job in the most professional way possible. 11/10 She is amazing and I would recommend to everyone!!

Working with Hanna was a truly an amazing experience! She is professional, incredibly friendly, and super accommodating. She is everything you’d want in an agent! Initial Consultation • Understood My Needs: From our very first meeting, Hanna took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, my timeline, and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. • Amazing Responsiveness: Her dedication was amazing, I would send her multiple listings at all times of day, and she was immediately responsive. • High-Volume Viewings: She often scheduled 3-4 viewings in a single day, even into the evening! I believe we saw well over 10 properties in just one week! • Patience: She patiently dealt with my extensive viewing needs until I found the perfect house. • Speed: Oct 2 we had our initial consultation, Oct 11 we started touring listings, Oct 16 we toured my house, Oct 17 we put in an offer, Oct 23 we had the inspection, Nov 15 we closed! If you’re ready to buy, Hanna will make it happen! Expert Negotiation When it came time to negotiate, Hanna truly shined! We received a counter-offer within a day of putting in my offer and she handled the back-and-forth process with expertise, doing a great job meeting my needs and securing the house I ultimately chose. I had a wonderful time working with Hanna and recommend her to everyone looking for their new home!

We originally chose to work with Hanna due to her expertise and knowledge, and she blew our expectations out of the water! Every step of the way it really felt like she was there to help us find our perfect first home. Hanna was never pushing us to just buy, and she always had our best interest in mind. She advocated for us through the whole process and was able to help us negotiate a lower price on the home and as well got us some credits from the seller. Our experience with Hanna was wonderful, and we continue to recommend her to all of our friends as they start their home buying journey.

Ellie made our first home buying experience incredibly smooth and stress-free! Her deep market knowledge and sharp negotiation skills helped us secure the exact house we wanted while staying perfectly within our comfort zone. As first-time buyers, we had endless questions, but Ellie was an amazing listener, highly responsive to every call and text, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. We 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy, especially first-timers!

She offered realistic options, profitable goals and a network of associates to advantage the market from a sellers viewpoint… No nonsense!

We worked with Ellie again, this time to sell our home, and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. With the current interest rates and economic environment, we were concerned about how long it might take to sell, especially since we had already moved into our new home. Ellie got us under contract within just eight days and we got exactly the price we wanted. The entire process was smooth, well managed, and far less stressful than we anticipated. It was an all around win, and we would highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking to sell their home.
