We are so blessed to have had Rhonda as our agent. She set us up with our dream house and we could not be more grateful. She was there for us every step of the way, and explained everything, as we were first time home buyers. Her advice was always honest, insightful and kind and she worked around the clock to get us settled into our new home. She was never pushy- we knew from day one she wanted us in a home that we would truly love, even though it took time to find. She is extremely knowledgeable- and once the home was purchased she kept up with us to make sure we found people for the few repairs needed, and gave insight on which utility providers would be best for our neighborhood. I could not give her a higher recommendation, we found her to be completely delightful to work with every step of the way. We will always be so grateful to her.

Dawn Chaikin should be given the "Mid-Atlantic Best Realtor" award. As a realtor one expects to be shown a property, perhaps introduced to a finance company and or different trade experts to address property deficiencies, may make a few suggestions on what to look at and where to buy or sell but Dawn takes a realtor's skill set way beyond that and with every suggestion helps you to obtain a property at a lower price, or sell at a higher price with clear guidance and out standing resources. this is the third property that I have worked with Dawn on and in as many years. Just when I think we have maximized expectations on the purchase or sale she does it again and better. In terms of follow up Dawn make sure that every question is answered and she checks her sources and double checks + verifies the same to make sure that all issues of the purchase sale or trade are done correctly and to the customers needs. This last transaction had several moving goals that she keep track of and adjusted as needed on the fly, without complaining or making me feel as if I were asking too much, and this was all done during our holidays. I am sure that you can look far and wide but never find the quality of service that exists in this one person.
