Elise was the best. She was on the job 24/7. She listened to our needs and helped us to find what we required in a home. She gave great advise. She not only was a great realtor but also a great landscaper. She went way beyond the call of duty when she went to a property to clean up landscape to resolve inspection problems. She not only did the work but also cleaned up the mess. We would recommend Else Fay to everyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Elise is a go-getter with the perfect blend of professional and friendly demeanor. My husband and I have both sold and bought homes with Elise and would not even consider working with another agent nor recommending someone else for future real estate needs of ours or friends. She is honest, attentive and a pleasure to work with. Her insight and expertise were very apparent in both selling and buying transactions. Thank you for your superb customer service and knowledge of the Northwest Phoenix home market, Elise!

Elise did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our home in Arrowhead Ranch, then found us the perfect home in Cave Creek. We would highly recommend Elise for both your selling and purchasing needs. She is very friendly, professional and keeps in constant contact with the day to day events. She even went the extra mile to attend to our dog, Bentley, who needed her expertise while the house was being shown. She is fantastic in every sense of the word!! Dale and Barb Robinson

Elise is a wonderful agent (and person) to have on your side when selling your home. She is great to work with, and helped us navigate the ups and downs of selling a home with ease.

I would highly recommend Elise Fay to anyone who wants to sell their house. She is very knowledgeable about her job, without being pretentious. Elise will bend over backwards to help you with the sale of your home and negotiate the best price for it. I would definitely use Elise Fay again!

Elise went above and beyond to support my husband and I around buying a house. Elise listened to the things that were important to us and made sure to take those into consideration. She supported us through the whole process and was an advocate for us when she needed to be. Her professionalism and knowledge is what made her stick out for us as a realtor.

We met Elise when my husband lost his job and we decided to short sell our house. She was so good and helped us tremendously through the emotional time. Over the last few years she has helped us and some of my friends and family with buying and renting houses. This year we were able to buy another house and she was there every step of the way. We would not dream of using anyone else. She has helped us sell, rent and buy our new house. Thank you so much.

My husband took a job in Colorado and I stayed behind to sell our home in Arizona. I was in Arizona for 3 months then we listed with Elise. She was wonderful! She was very attentive to my needs as my husband travels a lot, so I leaned on Elise to help me thorough the selling process.

Great Realtor! Highly recommend.

Elise is a Professional in every way, but most importantly, she is a pleasure to work with and she listens to your needs and wants.

I would recommend her to anyone I know of looking to either purchase a home, or anyone wishing to sell their home.

Elise was wonderful! She was very helpful in every aspect of selling our home, from "staging" to hosting open houses to negotiating of contracts. She was very professional and honest and very supportive of our wishes. We highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home!

Elise is fantastic! She is patient, flexible, knowledgable, and took the time to help us find the perfect home. In addition to helping us find out home, she has given us a variety of great resources for flooring, painting, etc. We highly recommend her!!

Elise Fay helped us sell our home within 2 months and she did a very good job! Elise was very helpful with her knowledge about the business. Elise kept a professional approach with ideas on how we should handle a situation and everything happened according to how she planned it out. I would recommed her service to anyone I know who is looking to sell their home.
