Elise has been great to work with, my previous experience with a Realtor was terrible and Elise demonstrated how things are supposed to be handled. She's very responsive, knowledgeable and is a GREAT negotiator. She saved us thousands on our forever home! She is diligently working to sell our previous home to get us out from under that financial burden. Offers were made within days of listing.

I would recommend Elise Fay to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Phoenix area! She is an excellent realtor, and will make every effort to get you the best price on your home if you are selling, or get you the best deal if you are buying. She is easy to work with, and is always available to her customers. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful realtor!

Elise was very personable and professional every step of the way in our selling experience. She also assisted in the buying process on the other side of the process. In both cases she stepped up and made sure our best interests were always number one. She took the time to explain all the details and make sure we were well educated on our specific needs. I would highly recommend Elise for your listing or buying transaction. She is insightful, knowledgeable and puts the client first. Choose her when making your Real Estate transaction. Anthony

Our house was in the northwest area of the Phoenix metro area and we wanted someone local to help us sell it. After interviewing several people, we selected Elise Fay because she not only seemed to know the area but she also had a lot of energy, experience and good ideas. We had just had the house appraised but she told us we could sell it for several thousand more. Even at that price, she promised it would sell within a month. We were skeptical but said OK. Elise sent over a specialist to help stage the house, recommended tradesmen to do minor repairs and painting, wrote a flattering but true description of the house, and had a professional photographer take pictures for the internet. She had put out a “coming soon” tickler so she already had a list of interested parties. It went live on Zillow and other web sites one afternoon and in less than 24 hours we had a full-price buyer. Even though the house sold in one day, we felt the price Elise set was spot-on. Elise held our hands all the way through closing, which went very smoothly.

We were referred to Elise from a friend who had been working with her for awhile (because of their extreme pickiness). We immediately felt that she understood our needs. She mentored us through all processes of getting our loved home of 21 years ready to sell. She also helped us with selling & purchasing. She assured us our home would sell fast, and 11 days later we had a signed contract. All steps along the way went off without a hitch because she kept us informed. I would recommend her to any of my family & friends.

Elise was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying and selling process. Have recommended her to a friend and she already got them into a new house! Great experience all around.

Let me start by stating that this is the first time I have ever done a review on the internet as it isn't my style. However, for Elise I have no hesitation to do one now. I met Elise by chance months before I even knew for sure I was moving to AZ. Although she knew I may not have gotten a job transfer to AZ (moving from DC), she still kept in regular contact with me. She was never persistent, but she was always kind, friendly, honest, down-to-earth, and real. When my job transfer was finally a reality, she worked closely with me throughout the process of narrowing down locations, researching the perfect area for me and my family, and greatly helping me find the right people to get me through the strenuous process. I only had less than 2 weeks to find a home. She took me and my family to over 30 houses (which was more of my indecisiveness than anything else). The entire time she was unbelievably helpful, well informed, and patient. She made us feel like we were absolutely her only clients from our first encounter until we moved into our perfect house. She did a phenomenal job in negotiating the right price, professionally fighting for us, and making sure other additional items that were needed got done. Even after the closing and us moving in, she continues to make sure everything is exactly as we expected. If you want a realtor that will tell you like it is but listens to what you want and need, you truly cannot go wrong with Elise. She's not just your realtor; she really is your partner and confidant throughout the entire process.

Elise was more then helpful to my husband and I as we went through the process of buying our first home! We had attempted to use another realtor at first, but was not made a priority or gotten back to on multiple occasions. As soon as we contacted Elise she was on the search with us! She set up a link to search for houses that had all the characteristics we wanted so we were notified right when a house came on the market. As soon as we found the house we wanted Elise worked her magic and was able to get the house at our offering price. She kept us up to date on every step of the way and made sure we understood what was going on. She also made sure she was there to give us our keys on our closing date and had a little celebration with us!

We were first time homebuyers and Elise did an amazing job answering any questions we had and "held our hands" throughout the entire process. Not only did she help find a home for us she built a personal relationship with us. I highly recommend.

Elise was such a blessing to us while we were selling our house. She helped us with arranging for repairs and preparing the house to sell. We were exhausted with a newborn and a toddler, and she even brought us lunch. She went above and beyond. She helped us make the house look beautiful and sold it for full asking price in ONE DAY! She was a great listener, and we always knew she was in our corner and wanted the best for us. We can't thank her enough.
