Our house was in the northwest area of the Phoenix metro area and we wanted someone local to help us sell it. After interviewing several people, we selected Elise Fay because she not only seemed to know the area but she also had a lot of energy, experience and good ideas. We had just had the house appraised but she told us we could sell it for several thousand more. Even at that price, she promised it would sell within a month. We were skeptical but said OK. Elise sent over a specialist to help stage the house, recommended tradesmen to do minor repairs and painting, wrote a flattering but true description of the house, and had a professional photographer take pictures for the internet. She had put out a “coming soon” tickler so she already had a list of interested parties. It went live on Zillow and other web sites one afternoon and in less than 24 hours we had a full-price buyer.
