Residential real estate is personal and emotional for both the buyer and seller. We were out of state buyers who made multiple trips to Sarasota and walked numerous houses. We recently closed on a new construction home in Del Webb (one of the LWR communities). Our experience with Brian and Eileen Gillen was exceptional. They were both very involved during the entire process, which was especially helpful since we were not living in Florida while the construction was underway. They inspected the property and were in direct contact with the project manager, and reported back to us during the important phases of the construction project. They were both very “hands on” all the way through closing.
