We met Eileen by coincidence at one of her listings and chose to engage her as our real estate agent because the insights she offered were helpful but not pushy and it was obvious she knew the local market and also info about remodeling. We are so glad we worked with Eileen. She connected us with our dream property and worked very hard to make a deal happen. She was responsive, helpful, patient and kind. We very much appreciated her expertise and professionalism throughout the process.

Eileen and Brian were very responsive to our calls and in a timely manner. Their knowledge of the real estate market was also invaluable in the sale of our condo. The real estate connections they have made it possible for us to have an acceptable offer within three days of the listing. The closing proceeded very smoothly without any issues. Overall, we would highly recommend Eileen and Brian for all your real estate needs!

We met Eileen and Brian while tagging along on a condo showing to my daughter and son-in-law. They met Eileen and Brian at an open house that Eileen and Brian were hosting. We noticed a Condo near our house on LBK that came on the market and immediately contacted Eileen to get a showing scheduled the following morning. At the showing we made the decision to submit an offer. Brian called the listing agent and found out that offers had already been received and currently under review. Eileen and Brian guided us on how to structure our offer that should meet the needs of both parties. We were successful in getting under contract and then the experience and professionalism really came out. The communication was impeccable. Eileen went way beyond what we could have expected helping us with inspectors, lawyers, furniture removal, HOA issues etc. The process was seamless thanks to Eileen! We would highly recommend Eileen and Brian to represent you with any of your real-estate needs.

Being new to this area and as a single female, my first request was a safe neighborhood and Brian found it! He also found a place, in my budget, that met all of my requests. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with what I chose...I would receive him 200% to anyone who asks.

Eileen and Brian worked incredibly hard to sell our beach condo on Anna Maria Island -- offering weekend after weekend of open houses, always saying yes to every show request, and beautifully advertising on social media. Their communication was immediate, professional, and friendly. They helpfully and courteously responded to our many questions. And once we had an offer, they stepped in to assist with every single detail, making the entire process easy for us. We recommend them without reservation.

Brian was attentive but not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and amazing to communicate with.

I could not be more pleased with the professional and customer services provided by Eileen & Brian of the Gillen Group. From the time I reached out about the property I was interested in until the close, the communication was constant and completely transparent. In fact, even after the closing they are still offering to assist me with the transition. I Highly recommend their team, whether you are buying or selling.

Eileen and Brian Gillen are incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, very professional and communicative. They went out of their way to help my almost 99 year old father sell his condo. They communicated with him as well as me and my sister, both of who live out of state, all along the way. Can't say enough fantastic things about them and the process. They made it easy.

Brian and Eileen were with us every step of the way, always patient and helpful, marketing our Villa to really show off its assets and bring in potential buyers. We were kept well-informed about every showing (including progress with interested buyers), and they were flexible and accomodating when meeting us to sign or exchange documents. We highly and unreservedly recommend them!

Our experience with Eileen and Brian Gillen has been very positive. They took on the marketing of our condo under challenging circumstances. Their market knowledge, analytical skills, and perseverance made the difference in securing a very favorable sale. We valued their positive and clear communications, their skilled and objective advice, and their unmatched professionalism. We highly recommend Eileen and Brian without reservation!

Our experience selling our condo on Longboat Key with Eileen and Brian Gillen was wonderful. We are so grateful for their time and expertise. Eileen and Brian were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. They are both well respected in the Real Estate community and are experts on the Longboat Key Real Estate market. Their attention to detail made the process seamless from start to finish. They always had an optimistic outlook and kept our spirits up when we got discouraged. In addition to being skilled professionals, Eileen and Brian are warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our experience could not have been more positive.

Eileen is one of the most diligent professionals I’ve ever worked with, she is an amazing communicator and made herself available day and night to address any concern we had. Her marketing strategies, expertise and attention to detail helped our home sell at a premium. I would not hesitate in referring Eileen to my family, friends or coworkers who are in need of a realtor’s assistance in the future.
