Interviewed over 10 agents. All were professional and were knowledgeable about the marketplace. Some communicated better than others. Some suggested that we invest more money before listing. Some listened better than others. Some took the time to truly understand our priorities and how we preferred the process to unfold, while others didn't. Some were flexible and others were somewhat rigid. (I.E. "I'm successful & know what works.") Most worked as a single agent with assurances to involve others as required.
