Dulcie was excellent. Even when she was sick, she worked with me and the seller for her bed. She represented both of us. She provided a list of vendors as there was work to be done in the house. She got estimates. The seller was elderly and not tech savvy so she would drive over to get a wet signature and even drove her to sign at the end!!
Dulcie was a hard-working responsive knowledgeable professional. She also has great taste in staging and decorating. She provided great inputs and ideas to make the house more appealing and it showed. I appreciated her taking extra steps to keep things moving and get us to the finish line.
