There was a few concerns on communication. The 1% situation and the appliances being included in the sale price of the home. Other than that everything was great.

Dulcie was excellent. Even when she was sick, she worked with me and the seller for her bed. She represented both of us. She provided a list of vendors as there was work to be done in the house. She got estimates. The seller was elderly and not tech savvy so she would drive over to get a wet signature and even drove her to sign at the end!!
