Megan went above and beyond in helping me find and purchase a condo. Even during a difficult, changing market, combined with my specific requirements, she was able to find good possibilities and ultimately recommended the one I went with. She was patient and kept trying even when I had given up the search for a while. She was responsive and efficient, answering questions to the best of her ability, and walked me through every step with kindness. I was particularly impressed with her flexible schedule, able to respond (and show up!) even outside of business hours. She persevered and got me answers, and her recommendations and advice paid off. I would definitely work with her again (though I probably won't need to any time soon!), and will recommend her to any friend looking to buy.
Jacob was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He was communicative and available whenever needed. Jacob was never pushy but certainly help us see what was most important to us through the process. I would highly recommend using Jacob to help walk you through a buy of a home or the sale of your home!

Alexa helped us purchase our first home, and out of state too! She was very thorough in answering all our questions and walking us through the whole process, being so new to it. Robin at Opt was amazing! We knew from the first moment we met her that we were in good hands.
