When my husband and I were first looking for a house, we stopped in to an open house that John was showing and told him about our plans and timeline. Even though he knew we weren't planning to buy for several more months, he spoke to us for over an hour about the ins and outs of home buying, what to look for, and how to prepare. He is attentive, kind, and patient (especially with us anxious newbies). As long as we're in OR we will only have John as our realtor.

Alexa is simply amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process, but Alexa made everything so much easier. Tyler was so thorough and we didn’t even realize how quick our loan was approved. Tyler also suggested us on what was the right amount of downpayment and on how we structure the payments with provision to recast anytime. Alexa did a hard bargain to get us a great deal below listing when all the properties in similar condition at our zip were selling at listing or higher. She also helped us get in touch with contractors that helped us fix some minor stuff before we moved in. This is where she truly cares!
