He knew so much about all the homes we looked at and was instrumental in helping us decide on our first home. He is extremely friendly and very responsive to all of our questions. She immediately got back to us with answers to our questions....a rarity nowadays in customer service! Once we proceeded with the home purchase, she was prompt on scheduling inspectors, appraisers, etc. She offered us a lot of suggestions to make our transactions go smoothly. A pleasure to work with! Tyler was fabulous helping me through all the ins and outs of the mortgage process. Very good explanations and so patient with this old lady! Andrea was immensely patient with my seemingly endless questions. She asked questions on my behalf that I didn’t even think of to make sure the home I was touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into escrow, Andrea was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept me informed on a daily basis. We worked with Megan Hannah to purchase our first home and she was incredible. She met with us to learn what our needs/wants were and then continually kept us updated with homes on the market. When we toured homes with her she was helpful, honest, but also gave us space to experience it for ourselves. After we finally found a home to put an offer on we had a million questions--some of which were more elementary--but she was so supportive and explained everything in ways that made sense. Definitely can figure out what you need. We started looking in Portland/Gresham moving from Vancouver then moved into a beautiful property in Kelso, WA which meant two fantastic real estate agents a great support team and a wonderful title company. Ask for Joel in Oregon and Garrett in WA.
