Victoria Gooley is amazing. We first met Victoria through Realtor.com she got us in to see the house we were interested in within a couple of hours. She was able to answer our questions in a clear manner. We had our house on the market for two months before we got an offer. During that time Victoria was always willing to get us entry to homes from Gresham to Albany even though we couldn't make any viable offers without having our house under contract. She was patient and didn't ever bring up signing an agreement to be our exclusive Buyers Agent. When our house sold she was always on top of any home that interested us. When we found the house we wanted she always was there for us even when things got complicated with contingencies that the Sellers pushed very hard get us to agree with. Through the whole process Victoria constantly communicated to us what we needed to know that same day. On the day we were to take possession she stepped in to help the Buyers agent remove possessions out of the home when sudden health issues put the Sellers in a bind. Lastly Victoria arranged to have the home professionally cleaned for us. This review is long but I can't stress enough how great our experience was with Victoria.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Andrea at Opt! We bought our house sight unseen with her guidance; she toured several homes for us over Facetime, and she was great about advising us NOT to pursue a house if it didn't meet our criteria (which was occasionally difficult for us to tell, since we weren't there in person). She's incredibly knowledgeable, she got us a fantastic deal, and the team at Opt who helped facilitate the transaction and escrow process were sharp and on top of it.
