As a first time homebuyer I had gone through dozens of real estate agents before scheduling a tour with Aaron. Before that any realtor I spoke with would be a quick chat and then they'd be gone, but Aaron consistently and responsively worked with me even in a chaotic market like today and helped me find an affordable property that became a huge new step in my life. I wanted to give Aaron a shoutout for his willingness to always go the extra mile, I'm still blown away that he offered to provide a video tour after I had to cancel a tour last minute, and it was excellent. He was always honest about issues the properties had, and was always on my side during the negotiation process, and his advice worked wonders in eventually getting the property. Compared to the average realtor Aaron is cut from a different cloth and I couldn't be happier with his work!

She even helped us find professionals to help remodel the new place. Alexa was very available throughout this whole process. She’s very honest and trust worthy. Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers, my partner and I were a bit overwhelmed by the process, but Jon made it easy at every step. He was always incredibly responsive, and got us scheduled for showings at whatever times worked for us. During showings Jon was never anything other than 100% transparent and honest, and he did a great job of pointing out issues to us that we did not have the expertise to notice. When we were ready to make an offer, he talked us through every step. He was even able to negotiate with difficult sellers who originally stated they were to do no repairs, and get us some credit. Could not recommend Jon enough!
