DJ was a referral from a co-worker when I was in the market to purchase a home and then when I sold that home I went back to her as my realtor. On the purchase side she was able to point out things I would not have noticed that helped me in my decision. We had looked at 10 different homes in probably 6 different cities as I was set on my wants :) She never once complained about the amount of houses we looked at. When it was time to sell my home she took everyone one of my calls (and yes there were a lot). Gave me ideas on how to present the home to allow home buyers to envision themselves in the home which I know was the what increased the amount requests I had received to view the house. She was great in helping with all the paperwork and explained all of the costs and what would happen next. She really is great!

My situation was not ideal due to divorce. Ex wanted his half of worth I wanted my home. But through it all DJ was helpful and sweet and knowledgeable. Sold my home to first lookers within one week of advertising. I am very happy she helped me through this and is now a friend.
