Don has been in this business for 40+ years and has a wealth of knowledge. He is extremely professional and will tell you what you need to hear and not necessarily what you want to hear. My experience with new agents is that they will say anything to get the listing thinking once they have the listing they can tell you the truth about the property latter. Don is very matter of fact about the property up front. Facts are stubborn things! Do you want them up front based on years of experience or do you want to learn the costly way.
