I met Diane at an open house in the complex I was looking at. She was very easy to talk to and I asked her to make a couple of offers for me (which were not accepted), but the process was so simple that I didn't even mind too much. Everything went very well until the appraisal came back short. So, I waited for a couple more months and another very appealing unit became available. Again, Diane had the docs to me quickly and we had a contract the next day. This time everything went through without a hitch. She also directed me to a most efficient title/closing agent.
