Our family (4 siblings) chose Toni Westerfield to be our selling agent for our Mom's condo in Bradenton, Fl. Toni having success in this particular geographic area as well as this specific condominium group along with recommendations from our condo association were the key drivers in selecting Toni. I am glad we did. It is difficult enough to manage 4 sibling's and their differing perspectives, yet Toni was able to navigate through the maze of quibbling family members. To make matters more difficult, the closest sibling is over a 2 hour drive away and the others were considered out of town/state. Of course, as we approached a closing deadline with various tasks to be performed after the inspection, etc. our approach had to be "all hands on deck." The only problem was there were virtually no local "hands", except Toni. Toni made numerous trips to our Condo to let repair people in at varying times of the day; she stayed until the vendors work was completed. This condo would still be on the selling market if it were not for Toni's diligence and her "let's get this done mentality".
