Rob was great. First he was highly recommended by my best friends. Second, he helped me find a home through 2021 and 2022 when the market was incredibly difficult for buyers. As my realtor, he listened to my specific needs and limitations. He did not try to push me into an offer that would have been against my needs. The market I bought in, required patience and persistence by both myself and him. He was always gracious when I decided a home wasn't right for my family. When there was a home I wanted to pursue he was quick to research it and get documentation going. I believe we put in 2-3 offers before I got my home. In the end, the one I got is what has served my family the best. He was great: timely communication, patience, integrity, and keeping my needs foremost.
