Detray Group was extremely professional, knowledgeable and were very prompt in answering all and any questions we had throughout the process of selling our home, I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a house and I would definitely use them again. Several months after selling the house we needed information from them to help us with our taxes and they responded immediately even though they had nothing to gain but just to be helpful and we could not have been more pleased with their help and immediate response to our situation .
This is the third house, we have bought with Rob. We looked at a lot of houses and he was extremely patient and gave great insight into the pros and cons of each one. He got our offer in quickly, and our counter offer. The seller ended up leaving lots of things in the house on our final walkthrough and Bob got us a cashiers check at closing from the cellar to compensate us for removing it!
