Bob DeTray helped me and my family find a home during a crazy time, spring of 2022. Houses were selling the same weekend that they were listed, with multiple offers over asking price. As first time home buyers, Bob acted quickly in getting us appointments to see the houses that we were interested in. Usually the same day or within a day. He also made himself available for us during this time to see houses via video call that we were interested in but weren't able to see because we lived several hours away. For us it was very important to have someone who we could have good communication with and Bob did just that. He was very good at calling us back. When we couldn't answer his calls he always left a message. When putting an offer on a house, Bob was very helpful in explaining the process and explaining the documents needed to put together an offer. When putting an offer on a house, I felt like he had our best interest in mind and negotiated well on our behalf. During the closing process, Bob explained everything that was expected and needed from us. Overall the transaction went smoothly. Bob was cheerful, friendly, and patient. He always acted professionally and was always honest with us. In the end we were happy with our purchase and our experience. I would definitely recommend considering Bob as your realtor for your home purchase.

In 2017, when we were looking to purchase an out of state property to be able to rent to family, we 'stumbled' upon Bob DeTray (thank You, Lord!). He immediately began diligent research on our behalf, seeking out properties that met our parameters. My husband and I only had a FEW days to come into town (from 4 states away!) to tour each property. Bob told us to put on our running shoes! He was absolutely FANTASTIC, from start to finish. His communication with us was excellent, as well as his knowledge of ALL that was involved with the buying process. Upon touring homes, he KNEW which ones to say NO to. We completely trusted his guidance in EVERY detail, and he did not steer us wrong! We got a gem of a home, and all within TWO days! We also knew he was just a phone call away ANY time, even after the sale was finalized. Fast forward to early 2022. My husband suddenly and unexpectedly passed away at the end of 2021. My family began the process of moving back to their home state to be with me. I needed to sell the house, and I immediately got in touch with Bob. Oh my, his heart was broken along with mine! He got to work SO fast to do ALL that he could to sell the house, and he made it AS EASY ON ME AS POSSIBLE. It was EASY for me because of his work!
