Derek was an amazing agent. I gave him the criteria I needed in a property and he supported me along the (very speedy) journey to homeownership. He was consultative without being pushy, and when an offer needed to be made on an hour's notice, Derek made it happen. He was collaborative with my mortgage broker and made sure all 3 of us were in sync at all times. He helped me purchase an awesome starter home WITH significant credits at closing. Derek helped me sell my parents' condo under trying circumstances in a different state than where I live. He made everything so easy for me and was always relaxed and calm. Derek went above and beyond to make sure I got the most for this condo. He was on top of the staging and making sure we got up to date pictures and keep the place always clean and welcoming. Very diligent in having open houses to make sure we got enough traffic. Provided good advice on competitive bids and how we could negotiate to get the best value for the place. He also made sure the people buying the place would take care of it and continue creating great memories.
