Best of the Best!
Dennis, is wonderful to work with! He is both hard working and personable. He helped me and wife with selling our townhome while simultaneously looing for a single family home. Dennis helped walk us through the sale of our home with great patience (I asked a lot of questions) and gave us wise advice in submitting offers on other homes. We got the absolute best deal possible for our townhome which in turn allowed us to increase our budget for a new (to us) single family home. Later this month we will close on our new home thanks to Dennis. I cannot recommend Dennis highly enough! Thank you sir for everything you did for us!
