Denise is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and someone we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home (we've done both with her). Most recently, she strategically priced our home to sell and we had a contract within a week. She's also a very credible and likable source and someone that will represent her clients very well to other realtors. This is very important! Overall, you can't go wrong with her and I can't imagine finding another realtor I'd be more happy with!

Denise was absolutely excellent to work with from the very beginning right through closing. She was extremely helpful in guiding us to the "right" asking price for our house. We started the process in early April 2022, and CLOSED within about 60 days. Once we were under contract, she really stayed on top of things & kept both the Buyer and Seller focused so we could close without any extensions. She really was terrific...we couldn't have asked for a better Broker to help us sell our house. We give her the highest rating & would recommend her to anybody that's considering selling their home.
