Denise was absolutely excellent to work with from the very beginning right through closing. She was extremely helpful in guiding us to the "right" asking price for our house. We started the process in early April 2022, and CLOSED within about 60 days. So first of all it was a little difficult finding a realtor from a distance, but when someone recommended Denise we were more than lucky! From the beginning Denise helped us navigate the area for the best possible options considering our circumstances. She was always available! Always!
