When we say everything, we mean everything; the area, market value, financing questions....FHA, VA, Conventional, escrow, insurance, tax information for the region and closing procedures. If she doesn't know the answer (which is rare), she will find the answer for you. Denise has helped us with two sales and two purchases and has delivered nothing less than a stellar performance in each transaction. One of the sales unfortunately fell through and Denise did not benefit from it but she was there for us and answered any and all questions we had. The most recent transaction Denise was out of town and we found the house we were looking for and she dropped everything to get our offer in ASAP!
