When only the best will do, The Hagan Team is the only choice. My home had been on the market 4 times in the past 10 years. Working with Debra, I put my northern Virginia townhouse up for sale in June 2019, and Debra got me a great offer within 24 hours of the listing going live, if memory serves. And the sale ended up going off without a hitch to that buyer. This was my first time selling a house, and I really appreciate how Debra sat down with me, reviewed the various sale options with me, and gave me an estimate of how much I'd net for the sale (which ended up being very accurate). She kept in frequent communication with me throughout the sale process and kept me up to speed on the things I had to do to close the sale, like getting the homeowners' association to inspect the place and clear any violations (which of course there were). I felt like I got two highly experienced northern Virginia realtors for the price of one.
