I can't recommend Kevin and Debra Hagen enough! Working with Debra, I put my northern Virginia townhouse up for sale in June 2019, and Debra got me a great offer within 24 hours of the listing going live, if memory serves. And the sale ended up going off without a hitch to that buyer. This was my first time selling a house, and I really appreciate how Debra sat down with me, reviewed the various sale options with me, and gave me an estimate of how much I'd net for the sale (which ended up being very accurate). She kept in frequent communication with me throughout the sale process and kept me up to speed on the things I had to do to close the sale, like getting the homeowners' association to inspect the place and clear any violations (which of course there were). I felt like I got two highly experienced northern Virginia realtors for the price of one.

My experience with Mrs Debra was Awsome ????If you want someone who will ride with you through the good and bad she's the one that would always have your best interest in mind.Mrs Debra would work late because I got off late to see any property and I could of just sent it to her and she would have it all ready to go see She even understood the finance language to explain to me in simple terms.She will MAKE sure what's owed to you that you get it down to seller keeping up there end of the contract.I call her family because that's how she acted through the whole process.Most important if you had previous short sales ,foreclosure she can still help you and if she can't she's well connected to someone who can and will answer any questions if she can't she will find the answer So check her out I guarantee u will be glad .
Debra has been one of the easiest people to work with of anyone I have ever known, without question.
