Elizabeth Brown got a bargain
Fully expecting the agreed price of $499,900 we were pressured to take an early closing and become a licensee for almost 4 months of occupancy in our own home. We expected to do better in the final price agreed upon with Elizabeth Brown and the net payment to us after various additional charges (above commission) by Long and Foster and Tradition. At times, Debbie seemed to represent the buyer more than the seller. We also have a problem with the plumbing bill which was limited to $150-300 and believe we could have had a plumber perform services at less than $300. Carol was always helpful.
